There are three easy ways to report a crime while remaining completely anonymous.

1. Call the local tip line at (515) 832-8437. The call will not be recorded and callers will not be asked to identify themselves at any time. Anonymity is guaranteed. When placing the call, tipsters will be given a tip ID#, which will be used to collect a reward if the tip leads to an arrest.

    

2. Go online to P3TIPS.com, and follow the directions to submit the tip. When submitting a tip, a computer generated ID# and password will be given which will allow tipsters to submit additional information and even engage in a dialog with law enforcement–all with complete anonymity. Anderson Software’s sophisticated encryption processes obscure any and all identifying information and provide assured anonymity for tipsters.

    

3. Download the P3 App, available on the iOS and Android platforms. Tips submitted through the P3 mobile app have no length limitations and allow images, video, and documents to be uploaded with the tip. When submitting a tip, an ID# and password will be given which will allow tipsters to submit follow-up information, engage in real-time chat/two-way dialogue, be informed of the outcome of the tip, and access any pertinent reward information–all with complete anonymity.

    

Cash rewards up to $1,000 per incident are distributed anonymously to the person who gives information leading to an arrest and indictment. All online tips and callers remain anonymous with no pressure to reveal their identity.
